J. Peter Lassila Research secretary Institute of Psychobiophysics
General I was born in Turku, Finland in 1979 and grow up in Mynämäki, near of Turku. I have studied mecathronics in Raisio between 1995-1998 and technical journalism in Pori between 1999-2000. I moved back to Turku at summer 2000 to work with investigative journalism and parapsychology. My IQ was some 140 at last, unofficially testing time almost ten years ago, but I'm not a member of Mensa. My personality type is INTJ. Briefly, some could characterize me as aspirant of perfectness. Science Now I studying biology in open university at my minimal freetime. I am interested especially in theoretical biology and research on future of life (transhumanism). Besides I am interested in philosophy of science, information physics, theophysics, parapsychology, ufology and cryptozoology. Focus of my current research work is in parapsychology. As a hobby (at now) I have a role within couple research project. First one is my own research about false arrival experiences and my second research area is the micro-psychokinesis as a research assistant. Those researches are mainly supproted by the Institute of Psychobiophysics.
Politics My current interest in politics begins few years ago, on discussion with some finnish nationalists and libertarianists. I support an anarcho-capitalistic view from free market and the Society with rigorous, but rational legislation, including some "socialist" element. I'm not member in any political party, because I see my role more as a lobbyist than a politician. Some may call me as an "anti-politician": I want to be a critical observer of Society, not a Führer of it!
